School Policies

As is the policy with other Educational Institutes, all lessons are charged for. No credit is allowed for student absences from lessons including vacations and illness. All lessons are to be paid for in advance by Post-Dated Cheques or Credit Card Authorization. It is the student’s or parent’s responsibility to attend classes regularly and be on time. Although we appreciate being notified of student absences, we do not provide refunds or make-up lessons for student absences. Teacher absences sometimes can not be avoided, and in these cases, a suitably qualified teacher may substitute the lessons OR a make-up lesson will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

Lessons are scheduled to conclude June 28, 2019. To discontinue lessons prior to June 28, 2019, 30 days written notice is required and lessons must be paid for up to and including the end of that period.

We allow teaching supplies to be charged to your account. Statements will not be issued unless a balance is owing for two months. After 30 days, interest will be charged on the full balance owed, at the rate of 2% per month with a minimum charge of $1.50 per month.
