Registration

TO FILL OUT THE FORM YOU MUST:

  1. Click on the Registration Form, download and fill out all the fields
  2. Read and agree to our Policy and sign the form.
  3. Save and email us the form and give us a call to pick a schedule (time and day) and teacher for lessons OR wait for call from us (we typically get back within 24 hours). At this point we will also ask for a Credit/Debit/Mastercard to put on file.
  4. You are all set to start classes with us on the chosen date.

  1. Click on the Registration Form and fill out all fields

  3. After you hit submit, give us a call to pick a schedule (time and day) for lessons OR wait for call from us (we typically get back within 24 hours). At this point we will also ask for a Credit/Debit/Mastercard to put on file.
  4. You are all set to start classes with us on the chosen date.
